The Institute subscribes to a number of Indian and foreign journals. With more than 24000 books and about 23000 bound volumes of journals it is one of the finest academic library in Mumbai. Each year new books are added. The reading hall of the library is Majestic! The splendid statue of “lord Sydenham” greets the reader!
The library has its own photocopying facility. The facility is extended to the students with a nominal charge of Rs.1/- per copy. It also has computers with Internet facility.
Library books are issued to the students for a period of 15 days. A fine of Rs. 1/- per day per book is charged to the defaulter.
Departments have their own library. Some of the teachers in the Institute have their personal book collection as well and they issue the books to the students for reference work.
