• To empower students through education to make them strong, self reliant, responsible and secular human beings, professionals’ citizens, so that they chart out their own path of success and possess perfection in their endeavors.
 
• To foster Regional, National and Global competencies among the students. 
 
• To ensure that every student of Institute becomes an Achiever.

NSS

NSS Unit conducts many programes and activities for the students. The overall enthusiasm of the studetns was reflected in the increase in hte number of NSS volunteers. Following are some the activities organized by the NSS Unit

  • A tree plantation drive was organized in collaboration with 'United Way of Mumbai', a non-profit organization working for community development, during which 45 samplings were planted along the fencing of hte Institute Campus. 
  • A workshop on 'Disaster Management' was organized.
  • NSS volunteers participated in the Peace rally organized at Azad Maidan.
  • NSS volunteers participated in the 'Mental Health Week' organized by Masina Hospital, Byculla.
  • The volunteers also participated in a 'No plastic drive', where the volunteers tries to create the awarenes about the ill-effects of the usage of the plastic among other students as well as shopkeepers and vendors in Colaba area.
All programs were conducted under the supervision of the NSS Programme Officer, Dr. (Mrs.) Bhavita Chavan.
